Global Status Mapping

Map subscription statuses to access buckets. Grace-period statuses maintain access until the grace window expires.

Active (Full Access)

Grace Period (Temp Access)

Canceled (Revoke)

Grace period days — grace-bucket members keep access for this many days from their past_due_since or payment_failed_at date.

Product → Space Rules

Each rule maps a product ID to a set of spaces or folders. Selecting a folder grants all spaces within it. Add-on rules also require a parent product to be active.

Manual Reconciliation

Reconciles all members against the current rules. Also runs automatically each day to handle grace-period expirations.
